Supplement Stack Advice
Take 1 x Sports-Vim along with 2 x Teaspoon of L-Glutamine when you rise in the morning. If you do not usually consume protein in the morning then have a protein shake as well. We will also recommend you to have 2 x Teaspoon of L-Glutamine both at lunch and dinner. The most important protein shake you can have is within 20 mins of finishing any physical activity. Protein shakes can also be used as meal substitutes if and when needed. For added recovery take 2 x Teaspoon of L-Glutamine around your training times also.
