Directions For Use:
Serving Directions: Consume 1 x 23g serve before training or when an energy and performance boost is needed. Mix 23gm (1.5 scoops) in 200ml to 400ml of water and shake for 30 seconds. Best consumed within 30 to 60 minutes after mixing. Can be mixed with water to make a refreshing lemon “Citrus Blue” drink.
