Directions For Use:
Consume 1 x 50g serve before and during training. Mix 50gm (2 ½ scoops) in 200ml to 400ml of water.
Use a shaker for best results. Vigorously shake 10 times then shake normally for 30 seconds. For more flavour use less fluid (300ml). For less flavour use more fluid (400ml+).
Best consumed within 30 to 60minutes of mixing.
Can be mixed with water to make a refreshing orange drink or add to protein shakes and other sports drinks to boost their nutritional profiles. Adding to a chocolate protein drink base creates the best tasting popular Jamaican Chocolate flavour while boosting the amino acid profile providing that Nitric Oxide Edge.
