Supplement Stack Advice
Take 1 x Serve of Synabol along with 2 x Teaspoons of Ajinomoto L-Glutamine (5 grams) + 1 x Teaspoon of Acetyl L-Carnitine when you rise in the morning. We will also recommend you to have 2 x Teaspoons of Ajinomoto L-Glutamine (5 grams) at lunch and dinner. As Synabol is you’re main protein supplement a serving should be taken both Pre & Post Workout. Synabol can also be used as a protein substitute if and when needed. Also take another 1 x Teaspoon of Acetyl L-Carnitine pre-exercise.
