If you don't have access to the methods mentioned, you could always lay down your pattern, cut it with a jig saw almost up to the line and then sand it with a belt sander to a fine edge. It may take a number of passes to work through the top metal layer and intot he plastic below, but once that is done, for straight cuts, the sheet can be bent open and the back side can be readily cut.

Sep 22, 2017 · I have mounted many pictures on 3mm Dibond without a problem 5 or 6 minutes- 180. Now I have switched to using a Drytac Jetmounter. The problem I have always had is cutting the Dibond straight after mounting on it. Cutting with a utility knife works fine but the cut is not too smooth. Our FSC cutter cuts very smoothly but never straight.
